8th Grade VB Completes Sweep
The scores for the 8th grade team were 25-19; 25-17. Braelynn Scanlan tallied up 5 digs, 2 kills, and 2 aces. Olive Schultz recovered 2 attacks. Cyla Thorpe added 4 aces. Anahi Lagunas placed in 1 ace, 1 kill, and 1 solo block. Mallory Berry tossed in 2 aces, yanked out 1 attack, added 1 kill, and 3 assists. Addison Baker contributed 2 aces, 2 assists, yanked out 5 attacks, and placed in 4 kills. Natalie Soch hammered in 4 kills and had 2 solo blocks. Ruby Gomez put up a solo block. Salena Vargas pulled out 4 attacks. Olive Schultz had 2 digs. Emma Henderson removed 1 attack. The volleyball teams take on Cissna Park this evening at BJHS. The games begin at 5 PM.
