JV VB Wins in Two
On Wednesday, your JV Lady Lions traveled to chilly Burr Ridge to tackle the rain, wind and the Broncos. Lisle came out strong in Set 1 with solid all-around play from Hailey Sullivan, Elliott Parks, Kendall Morris, Laura Cebelis, Olivia Pecak and Collins Weaver. Lisle was able to win by the count of twenty five to sixteen in Set 1 and went on to Set 2 looking for the sweep. This Set proved to be a bit more of a challenge, but great efforts from Zoey Buchelt, Jaya Claussen, Emily Bieniasz, Avery Pecak, and Samantha Buchelt helped lead Lisle to a twenty five to nineteen Match victory.
This win moves the girls' record to five wins and two defeats heading into today's contest at Cass.
