Please read all of the following information thoroughly before registering for any summer camps

We will be returning to charging fees for ALL summer camps for the 2024 session. Registrations must be paid in full in order to attend camp. Unfortunately, we cannot prorate registrations. Summer camps are not mandatory if you have other summer plans or summer school during a session.

Participant Eligibility

Niles West HS students, registered incoming Freshmen, and area middle school students from our feeder districts may participate in the NW Summer Athletic Programs. Grade/age level is designated in the description of each camp. Grade level is defined as the grade the student will enter in the fall. For any student, you must live in the Niles West attendance area to attend an athletic summer camp at Niles West High School.

1. All registrations must be done online: https://schools.snap.app/nileswest

2. If you choose to use a credit card, the company will be charging a small fee. Otherwise, you can write an electronic check (with your bank routing & account numbers) for no added charge.

3. You will get an email confirmation immediately after registering your child.

4. If you use a credit card, it will be processed immediately.

NOTE: Payment MUST be made in full before a student will be allowed to participate in a camp.

The camps are not set up to pay for prorated, selective dates. The payments are for the camp fees, and not for daily fees. Please contact the program head coach for specific conflicts, questions, and/or concerns related to multiple camps/vacations/travel/other calendar issues.

Refunds

-Full refund minus the processing fee ($5) will be granted if the refund is requested up to 24 hours prior to the start date of the camp. NO REFUNDS CAN OR WILL BE GRANTED AFTER A CAMP HAS BEGUN. There are no refunds for parts of the camp a participant misses due to their own personal decision or schedule. Please help us by informing us of cancellations at the earliest possible time. To request a refund, you must email AAD Milo Cejovic @milcej@d219.org within 24 hours prior to the start date of the camp.

Weather Cancellations

Any cancellations/changes due to weather will be communicated through the coaches of the program. While the athletic office will not be able to provide weather related information, each camp will have their own communication for cancellations. Camp dates will not be made up when canceled due to weather; money will not be refunded for weather cancellations.
