We will be offering complimentary Sports physicals on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. This event is by appointment only. To make an appointment, email Stephanie at stethomas@rushpt.com. Please make sure to sign the parent portion of the sports physical for it to be valid. Copies of physicals can be found on our Resource Tab.
