  • Ages 4th Grade - 8th Grade (for the new  school year)
  • Skills, Drills, Competition & Games

Attention all 2022-2023 Sports Officials!

If you are officiating a game for Bloom Township 206 and you haven't already submitted a W-9 Please go to the below link.

Checks cannot be processed with out a  W-9. 

Please submit the attached W9Form W-9 ( Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification to the Athletic office for payment.
