ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE WITH THE ATHLETIC OFFICE BEFORE ANY PARTICIPATION IN TRYOUTS AND/OR PRACTICES:

*A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION WITHIN THE LAST CALENDAR YEAR MAY BE TURNED INTO THE ATHLETIC OFFICE OR EMAILED TO: kehrae@vvsd.org (A sixth grade physical can double as a sports physical if the doctor checks “yes” for interscholastic sports on the back)
