Cross Country Boys Varsity Vs. PEORIA HEIGHTS
The boys raced to 14th overall: frosh Liam Schmidt led the Grffins in 57th (PR: 17:03), Liam Boeving 72nd (PR: 17:22), Connor Schmidt 95th (PR: 17:42), Riley Strack 99th (season PR: 17:46), Levi Huber (PR:18:18), Evan Rybak season PR of 18:19, Aiden Schmidt PR of 18:36. The boys 1-5 scorers kept 1:14 seconds between all five runners over the 3 mile distance. Excellent team running!!
In the Open race, the Griffins placed 3rd overall with Colin Moore finishing 21st setting a PR of 18:37, Nolan Shearer a season best of 18:39 in 22nd, Jamison Kohlberg 25th in a PR of 19:00, Wyatt Biermann 27th with a season best of 19:17, and Lyle Biermann 29th, a lifetime best of 19:27. Jackson Ehrman also ran a lifetime PR of 21:01.
