Athletic Registration
All Spring Sports participants must be registered through the Montini Catholic 8to18 website in order to participate in any athletic activity. When registering, students & parents must electronically complete the Montini Catholic Athletic Code of Conduct and the IHSA Sports Medicine Consent & Acknowledgement Form.
Student-athletes must have an up-to-date sports physical on file to be eligible to begin practice or tryouts. Copies of the physical must be uploaded directly to the Magnus Health app.
