IHSA FALL SPORT REGISTRATION AND PHYSICAL INFORMATION

Fall Sports at Nazareth:

Boys and Girls Cross Country - No Cut

Football - No Cut

Boys and Girls Golf - Cut

Boys Soccer - No Cut

Girls Tennis - No Cut/Cut - depending on numbers

Girls Volleyball - Cut

* Fall Sports Registration will open July 5

* All Fall Sports begin Monday, August 8

* A current sports physical must be on file in the athletic office in order to begin practice, participate or try out for a sport.  Sports physicals are good for 13 moths.

* Email/scan a copy of your updated sports physical to Ms. Connell at kconnell@nazarethacademy.com

* All sports physicals must be signed by both parent and athlete, as well as the physician. Physical must be completely filled out by parent and physician.

2022 Fall Sport 1st Day Tryout/Practice Information

Fall Sport athletes must be registered online (nazareth.8to18.com) and have an updated physical on file prior to their first practice.  ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL OPEN TUESDAY, JULY 5.

ALL FALL SPORTS BEGIN MONDAY, AUGUST 8
